About Me
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 11 years of clinical experience, specializing in orthopedic and sports-related injuries. I graduated from Midwestern University in 2014 and received my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in 2009. In addition, I am Certified in Dry Needling (CIDN) through Integrative Dry Needling, which has allowed me to offer comprehensive, evidence-based care. Outside the clinic, I’m passionate about injury prevention, leading workshops for first responders and executives, as well as teaching about ergonomics.
My personal life as a triathlete, Half Ironman finisher, figure skater, and dancer has allowed me to use a creative approach to personalize care for each individual patient while understanding the demands of performance and recovery firsthand.
At home, I'm a proud wife and parent to a 4-year-old son and a 14-year-old bonus daughter. When I am not working, I enjoy exercising, baking, spending time with friends, comedy, and exploring new restaurants.
I'm here to help you be the best version of you.
